The NAI Annual Conference is held each spring and features stimulating presentations and networking with renowned inventors from across the U.S. and around the world. The meeting serves as an arena where innovation and entrepreneurship in the academic world, leading to local and national economic development is recognized, honored and cultivated. On April 4-6, The National Academy of Inventors held it's 2018 Annual Conference at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington DC. ASCENT PIs Suman Datta and Subramanian Iyer attended the conference and were inducted in the ceremony on April 6th.
