Connor McClellan
SEMI 2019 Industry Strategy Symposium will recognize ASCENT outstanding student, Connor McClellan (Stanford). He is one of two SRC students that were selected from the Top 10 Student Presentations at TECHCON for a recognition at the SEMI/ISS annual conference which will take place on January 6. Steven Johnston from Intel and Ben Rathsack from TEL and members of the ISS Organizing committee have selected the students/papers to be recognized at the ISS Banquet on Jan 6. McClellan, a student of Prof. Eric Pop, was selected for his paper, "Effective Hole Doping and Steep Switching in MoO3/WSe2 Transistors."
