Asif Khan
ASCENT Theme 4 PI Asif Khan has been chosen for a DARPA Young Faculty Award. He is an assistant professor in the Georgia Tech School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) and also holds a courtesy appointment in the School of Materials Science and Engineering.
Khan is receiving this award for his research on ferroelectric field-effect transistors for embedded non-volatile memory applications. (Read More)
